This promotion is sponsored by Erie Islands Resort & Marina, in order to introduce you to vacation ownership. Everyone over the age of majority is welcome to visit our Travel Center and purchase, however, in order to participate in this offer you must meet these requirements. If you do not meet the requirements below you will not be eligible to receive any gifts or accommodations in connection with this offer. If you do not meet these requirements, but have received gifts or accommodations, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts and accommodations, plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you. In order to participate in this offer, you must be 30 years of age or older, have a gross annual income of $50,000.00 or more and be creditworthy (at least one member of the touring party must have a minimum credit score as established by this offer's sponsor).  You must have a valid major credit card bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Erie Islands Resort & Marina reserves the right to change these qualifications without notice. If you do not meet these qualifications you will not be eligible for any gifts, premiums or promotional items offered in exchange for participation in this promotion. Attendance at an approximately 90 minute Erie Islands Resort & Marina travel presentation and tour is required unless prohibited by law. Only married couples and cohabitating couples attending a sales presentation at Erie Islands Resort & Marina (and who provide proof of co-habitation through government issued identifications showing an identical home address) may combine their income, and, if married or cohabitating, the couple is required to visit and tour together, except where prohibited by law. All co-habitants are must to attend together. The sales presentation will be in English. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate of up to $289.99 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, and package offer, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. A valid state issued photo ID, drivers’ license, or federal passport as well as a valid personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card, is also required at check-in, and for incidentals during your stay. Non-US citizens must also provide a valid passport and visa. Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per family, no groups (defined as two or more families known to each other traveling together). Travel must be completed within 12 months from the issue date of the vacation package. Verified retail value of promotional gifts ranges from $25.00 to $150.00 depending on the promotion, unless stated otherwise. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Erie Islands Resort & Marina acts as an agent for hotel, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Erie Islands Resort & Marina is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Employees of Erie Islands Resort & Marina, or their affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, persons under the age of 30 and current members are ineligible for this offer. The following are also ineligible for this offer: Individuals or Couples who have attended an Erie Islands Resort & Marina sales presentation within the preceding 6 months. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. All third party operators, vendors or providers who supply premiums mentioned are independent contractors. Erie Islands Resort & Marina is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism or acts of God. This promotion is offered throughout the U.S., however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met. Names and addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare interests and/or discount vacation products, travel services and other products or services. In addition, you agree to be contacted by telephone, including through the use of an automated telephone dialer in which case a pre-recorded message may be left on your answering machine, mail, and/or e-mail by Erie Islands Resort & Marina, and their affiliates concerning this promotion, future promotions and/or other solicitations. By completing this form you authorize Erie Islands Resort & Marina, or its affiliates to contact you by telephone even though you may be on a Do Not Call list.

Rescheduling/No Show Policy:

Because Erie Islands Resort & Marina subsidizes the cost of this vacation package in order to offer it to you at a discounted price, Erie Islands Resort & Marina has instituted this Rescheduling/No Show Policy. Each time you need to reschedule a confirmed reservation, a $38 refundable reservation deposit will be required, which will be refunded to you provided you check in on that rescheduled date. If you do not check-in on your rescheduled reservation date, you will forfeit your refundable deposit. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to show up on their confirmed reservation date, or who fail reschedule their confirmed reservation AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE, will have charged to their credit card a $50 no show fee, and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.

By purchasing this Vacation Package you understand that you are responsible for the payment of any government-imposed taxes directly related to the services being provided and any personal expenses incurred when utilizing this offer.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel and request a refund at any time within 48 hours of your reservation. You must cancel AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE to avoid having your credit card charged a $50 no show fee.
